BAUR-ITCS UG - your experts for securing data traffic.

Data Protection and Privacy Statement

This statement applies to all web pages hosted on the domains baur-itcs.de and boxenverwaltung.de, including all of their subdomains. While browsing these pages,

are being recorded in a log file by the hosting company running this web server, namely the 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (henceforth referred to as IONOS). If you accessed a password-protected page, the same log file will also contain the user name you provided (stemming from RFC1413 ident or htaccess), but not the password. The justification for this is article 6, (1) b) of the GDPR. As per the definition in article 28 of the GDPR, IONOS is our data processor and as such has entered a written contractual agreement with us.
We, as their customers, have read-only access to this log file, and so are unable to make changes to or delete any or all of the collected data.
At the time this information is compiled, IONOS shortens all IP addresses marked with a * in the list above in all log files by the last octet (IPv4)/the last 11 bytes (IPv6), to comply with article 5, (1) c) (data minimization) and article 25 (1) (pseudonymisation) of the GDPR. Also, logs are currently kept by IONOS for a maximum of 9 weeks. Note that IONOS may change this without prior notice, if there is justifiable need to do so (e.g. due to a changed legal situation). For any questions regarding how 1&1 IONOS SE uses this data, makes it accessible to third parties, retention times, deletion requests, etc., please contact the data security officer of 1&1 IONOS SE at the aforementioned postal address or via e-mail: datenschutz@ionos.de
Our use of this data is limited to occasional statistical analysis, error analysis, and to review suspected abuse of our services. We do not share this data with third parties, nor do we use it for other purposes.

Additionally, we do not use external tracking tools like Google Analytics or similar, nor do we use Cookies on our site.
While we may employ server-side scripts that have access to the full IP address, we do not use these scripts to log IP addresses.
The only exception to this rule is our monitoring systems on www.boxenverwaltung.de. Here, we may use cookies so that signed-in customers do not have to sign in again on each access, and we do log the full IP of all monitored customer systems (details regarding this process, as well as what other data may be stored alongside it, are explained in the individual contracts between us and the particular customer - this data is stored in accordance with article 6, (1) a) of the GDPR). If you have questions regarding data protection and privacy issues on www.boxenverwaltung.de, please contact us via one of the addresses listed on our Imprint/Contact page.

If you contact us, we reserve the right to store all data you submitted to us in our systems as justified by article 6, (1) a) and/or b) and/or c) of the GDPR. If you do not agree to this, and wish to have your data deleted, please notify us immediately. Note that we may be legally obliged to keep part or all of your data for a certain amount of time, and, in such cases, can only honor your request after that time has elapsed. In the meantime, we will treat your deletion request as a request to not pass your data on to any third parties.

Contact information for the data protection commissioner of the federal state of Baden-Wuerttemberg (the responsible supervisory authority for us) can be found here.
